1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AEOBot platform at https://aeobot.app (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
AEOBot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides:
- AI Visibility monitoring and scoring across multiple AI platforms
- Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tools including schema markup generation
- AI-powered content writing and article generation
- Keyword research and SEO analysis tools
- Brand mention monitoring and reporting
- Website crawler audits and entity recognition checks
- Content calendar, internal linking, and publishing tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Accounts & Registration
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use AEOBot. You may register with an email address and password, or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use AEOBot. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each person may maintain only one free account. Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans
AEOBot offers the following subscription plans:

4.2 Billing & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All prices are in USD. Applicable taxes may be added based on your location.
4.3 Free Trial
We may offer free trials for paid plans from time to time. At the end of a free trial period, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us via our support page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
4.5 Refunds
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us within 3 days of your purchase. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused article credits, or plan downgrades. Refunds for annual plans may be prorated at our discretion.
4.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use AEOBot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful
- Use the Service to generate content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Use the Service to generate spam, bulk unsolicited communications, or fraudulent content
- Use the Service to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond what is permitted by these Terms
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account access to any third party without our written consent
- Use the Service in a way that overloads, damages, or impairs its performance
- Create multiple free accounts to bypass usage limits
- Submit false or misleading information to the Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Acceptable Use terms, without prior notice for serious violations.
6. Your Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you provide to AEOBot (brand information, website data, article topics, etc.) and all content generated by the Service on your behalf (articles, keywords, scan results).
6.2 Licence to Us
By submitting content to AEOBot, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with other customers.
6.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AEOBot using AI is provided to you as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before publication. AEOBot makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for the content you publish using AEOBot.
6.4 Content Standards
You must not submit to or generate via AEOBot any content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates our Acceptable Use policy in Section 5. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our IP
AEOBot and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AEOBot and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used without our prior written permission.
7.2 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose, including improving the Service, without any obligation to you.
8. Third-Party Services
AEOBot integrates with trusted third-party service providers for infrastructure, billing, AI capabilities, and other operational functions. Your use of these integrated services may be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
AEOBot also allows you to connect your own third-party accounts (e.g. WordPress websites). By connecting these accounts, you authorise AEOBot to act on your behalf in accordance with the permissions you grant.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
9.1 No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9.2 AI Accuracy
AI-generated content, visibility scores, keyword suggestions, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. AEOBot does not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Service, including improved search rankings, AI citations, or traffic.
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEOBOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AEOBot, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content you submit to or publish through the Service.
11. Termination
11.1 By You
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
11.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the Service.
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate legal jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
