The content calendar helps you plan and organize your publishing schedule. Stay consistent and never miss a publishing date.

Using the Calendar

Open the Calendar

Go to Calendar in the sidebar. You will see a monthly view of your content schedule.

Add Content

Click on any date to schedule a new article. You can assign a keyword, set the target publish date, and add notes.

Track Progress

See at a glance which articles are drafted, scheduled, and published. Color-coded statuses make it easy to track.

Best Practices

  1. Plan 2-4 weeks ahead — Having content in the pipeline reduces stress
  2. Batch content creation — Generate multiple articles in one session
  3. Mix content types — Alternate between informational, commercial, and how-to articles
  4. Review weekly — Check your calendar each Monday and adjust as needed
Tip: Consistency beats volume. Publishing 2 articles per week consistently is better than publishing 10 articles one week and nothing the next.
