Billing & Subscriptions
Manage your AEOBot subscription, payment methods, and invoices.
Viewing Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing to see:
- Your current plan and features
- Next billing date
- Payment method on file
- Invoice history
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Billing
Click Settings → Billing in the sidebar.
Click Upgrade
Click Upgrade Plan to see available options.
Choose Your Plan
Select the plan that fits your needs. See the Choosing Your Plan guide for comparisons.
Complete Payment
Enter your payment details and confirm. New features are available immediately.
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
Canceling Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Invoices
View and download all your invoices from the Billing page. Invoices are generated automatically for each payment.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Settings > Billing, click Upgrade Plan, choose your plan, and complete payment.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, cancel and access runs until the billing period ends.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
